
The last couple of weeks have been an excellent example of the huge variety of activities our Beagles get up to on the average weekend – from southern cross country to parkrun, from the minithon to sportshall!
Another very competitive week of activity with an amazing national level victory for our U13 girls cross country team as they become national relay champions! Wow. Elsewhere we’ve been back in the Sportshall and taking great results on the road in both Billericay and New York!

It’s been amazing to see so many Beagles in action across schools, county and open events and being so successful too! We are particularly proud this week of taking all of the trophies in the junior girls races at the Essex XC relays.
The last couple of weeks have seen a very successful start to cross country season for our Beagles with some brilliant results in the first round of the Essex league.
We’ve seen the start of the school cross countries which as ever mean great results. We also saw some brilliant team work at the Road Relays
The last fortnight has seen the end of the track season with some great performances for our athletes across a range of events.
This week saw one of the pinnacle events of the UK Track and Field season for young athletes – the English schools competition which offered a great new experience for some of our athletes.
Easter and for some of our runners it was business as usual with a great turnout at the Good Friday Crown to Crown.
Another milestone week for our club with two of our athletes out representing England at the schools international in Dublin.
This week we celebrate our Annual Award Winners and the English Schools Cross Country Final seeing two of our own through to SIAB!
