Wide range of track and field events on offer and each athlete able to compete in up to 3 – see event link on Spond. No charge for members.

We are competing as guests (rather than as a team) against athletes from St Albans AC, Herts Phoenix, Hawcs / Harringey & Enfield (Composite team), Watford, Shaftesbury Barnet and Dacorum. Times will go on Power of 10.
