Entry closing date: Friday 4th June -23.00pm, or once capacity is reached 

PLEASE NOTE: in the Qualifying Performance (QP) box at registration please put your season best time, this will be used for seeding

Sprint Hurdles U15 boys, U17 Women and Men U15/U17’s races 18:00-18:40 – Races will be run slowest to fastest.

200m -U13/U15/U17’s races 18:40-19:10 – Races will be run slowests to fastest.

200m -U20, U23, seniors, masters races  19:10-19:35 – Races will be run fastest to slowest.

800m – U13/U15/U17/U20/U23/seniors/masters races – 19:45-20:35 – Races will be run slowest to fastest.

400m – U20, U23, seniors, masters races 20:40 -21:15 – Races will be run slowest to fastest.

High Jump – Personal Best Below 1m45 – 18:15

High Jump – Personal Best Above 1m45 – 19:40
