A limited number of taster sessions are always available for potential members.  Please note that composition of such sessions is entirely driven by the audience! These will allow you to experience our facilities and also to meet our coaching staff, these will be general sessions.

Please note that once we have reached our coaching to athlete ratio for each of the run, jump and throw groups, we will operate a waiting list for future members.  This also applies to our specialist one-to-one coaching!
