We have made it to the end of the year! We hope all of our athletes and their families had a lovely, relaxing and restful festive break ahead of another busy year.

It’s been a month of relays, teamwork and the start of cross country. We have seen so many examples of brilliant Beagles running from local schools races to national championships.
September has flown by for our Beagles. Typically a quieter month in the athletics calendar, there have still been a range of events sought out by our athletes and it’s been brilliant to see the progress being made.
It’s been an incredibly busy May with some massive events that have seen great performances by so many members of the club. The best thing has been the team spirit at these events.
March traditionally sees a real crossover of competition – the end of cross country season and indoors and the first signs of outdoor events. It’s been an amazing month with Beagles successes at National level, International level and at the Essex and Eastern indoor championships.
The end of February certainly saw lots of mud but our Beagles handled the conditions brilliantly and continued to show great running. We also had more schools and track success!
The first half of February has seen a busy mix of cross country racing and indoor events both of which have seen more success, qualification, wins and personal bests for our athletes. Well done to all!
The Beagles have definitely kicked off 2025 with enthusiasm and some brilliant results. We have seen great displays on track, in cross country and some field events too! We’ve also seen a number of Beagles selected to represent Essex.
