Age Groups: U13/U15/U17 event, U20/U23/Senior/Masters event

Cost of Entry: £8.50 per event – Entry fees are non-refundable and non- transferable.

Entry closing date: Sunday 09th July -23.00pm, or once capacity is reached

Sprint Hurdles  U15 18:00 – Races will be run slowest to fastest.

100m -U13/U15/U17’s races 18:40- Races will be run slowests to fastest.

100m -U20, U23, seniors, masters races  19:05 – Races will be run fastest to slowest.

1500m – 19:40 – Races will be run slowest to fastest.

200m –U13/U15/U17’s races 20:15 – Races will be run slowests to fastest.

200m –U20, U23, seniors, masters races  20:55 – Races will be run fastest to slowest.
