Essex County 10000m Champs

10,000m track championships – these are being held at Chelmsford Athletics Track on Wednesday 27th July 2022. 

The first race scheduled to start at 6.45pm.

Races will be seeded.

Shoes must comply with the World Athletics shoe compliance list which can be found here:
